These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Ledger Edge Consultant ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the ledgeredge.co website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site and engaging our consultancy services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Scope of Advisory Services

Ledger Edge Consultant provides bespoke financial architecture, statutory audits, and wealth management consultancy. However, you acknowledge that:

• Our web publications and general insights do not constitute formal financial, legal, or tax advice.
• A formal consultant-client relationship is only established upon the execution of a separate, signed Engagement Letter.
• Financial markets are inherently volatile; past performance strategies do not guarantee future sovereign returns.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and our proprietary financial blueprints are our exclusive property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Ledger Edge Consultant, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on general insights.

5. Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the UAE, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
